Why ECM is being made available
The aim is to establish a consistent measurement standard that Providers can apply across their authorized client work. ECM reveals revenue movements; Providers bring the expertise to investigate them and recommend action.
The initial no-cost assessment lets a Provider experience ECM in its own business before deciding whether to steward the standard with clients.
Before releasing a file
Contact Terry Pageler at engage@ECMath.org to confirm the assessment recipient, secure return channel and data-handling arrangements. Do not attach financial records to the initial email.
Finance approves the exact file, recipient and purpose before release. Your assessment authorizes no broader use of the supplied data.
A governed standard
The ECM Charter defines the purpose, stewardship and amendment authority. Providers preserve the measure while retaining their own expertise, services and recommendations.
