The commitment
On behalf of our firm, I commit to preserve the ECM measurement model and its governed presentation without modification, use the authorized engine and approved releases, and keep our recommendations distinct from ECM findings.
We will obtain each client’s financial authority for the exact data, recipient and purpose; resolve preparation and reconciliation issues before release; and use the data only within that authority. Any broader use requires separate permission.
We will follow the ECM Charter and operating requirements, report suspected defects, and submit proposed changes through the governing amendment process.
What follows acceptance
ECMath.org records the commitment, confirms your initial pilot scope and issues written operating authority with the engine and instructions. Your first client assessment establishes correct preparation, calculation, reconciliation and presentation before wider use.
Your firm retains its expertise, services and recommendations. The standard provides a consistent basis for accumulating growth understanding across authorized work.
